Legacy Intro: Spared Kobolds

So this is 2 years after the second campaign of Legacy ending. They're now in their 5th campaign with me. I'm not just great I'm great. Hear the difference?
But before I was great. I was great. And trust me there is definitely a difference.
The Choice of Team:
Sometimes its a gamble and when you win you think you would've lost but does winning mean you could've actually lost?
It was Superman vs. Batman.
I kid you fucken not in my Discord DMs. Each has assembled a party of heroes to take me on as their PREMIUM DM...
I had just posted on SPG, and was like well what are the ch-
"Can you take on a party of 5?" - Superman/Batman.
In the same week probably as close as the same 24 hours I would almost swear on it. That kind of wild occurance. And I really am not a DC fan...
I was not prepared, but their serious nature put me into full gear. It was March just about to hit mid-month and I knew I had to tackle this with a practical nature.
I had the world. I had the concept. I had the theme. I had everything.... but players.
Now I had 2 sets of 5.
I knew NO-ONE. And No-one Knew Me.
It came down to a unique discussion. Not a chat, but an overture.
I heard both sides. I didn't know whom to choose. In the end if it folded I lost both in the long run. Anyways. I chose one.. and they became the Legacy Campaign.

The region of LIVA has gone through a shift. A new ERA has arrived, with it a curious bundle of adventures combine. Creating a crew swiftly known as the
Jolly Roger.
Now it didn't just start as oh here you go... Oh no.
As Galent Marg and Alastor Gwydion travel side by side with Alastor yet again running amok about some false tale they claim must be the truth since it was birthed from their breathe in passing.
Galent as a loyal believer in this man- agrees naturally.
About :5 Minutes: in walking toward the entrance of Cape Crowl. They notice a man washed up along the shore-
Enter Henry Horvon.
A bit of sand, salt, and coughing leads to Henry joining the team in walking into this coastal city named Cape Crowl. Alastor had no care over what it was named due to its insignificance over how it smelled like fish. So putrid.
Darko the Dark.
Their story is so ancient in undeath and self torture of living companions and youth, that I cannot claim nor tell their true origins. Just that they emerged and existed like a stain no detergent has learn to overcome- to this day...
Then there's the DPS I never knew existed.
Marsh & Lou-anne. This was a single old man who wanted to retire but wielded a crossbow that knew only- "Blasting."
Henry Horvon.
Galent Marge
Alastor Gwydion
Darko the Dark
Marsh & Lou-anne
Superman's Pact: Yup. I chose superman...
I still wasn't sure Superman was super, but I was certain they were in FACT a MAN.
We used Video and Voice Chat via Discord. Everyone participated.
Man if I was prepared for their voice acting and dedication to roleplay early on I would've prepared much less. These guys literally narrated their own game sessions 63% of the time. Only when they needed to stop and ask
"Are we suppose to see something??"
Did I realize I was an audience member.
Within the second hour I had a new concern.
"What if they don't wipe the threat?"
Like I've done my fair share of spare the useless and let them be a warning scenes. But these guys literally FAILED to wipe the threat.
Like I gave them two tries...
I almost gave them a third when I realized-
THIS IS THEIR FIRST LESSON
Helping Hinderance.
— The Cursed 9 enter the scene –
Well. I mean I could go into detail what went through my mind.
- Property control.
- Employee management.
- Threats around property.
- PoIs in the area.
- Squatting sessions.
- Interesting NPCs.
- The kobolds.
And I made it all up right there and then-
"Hey so I got this map- blah blah, that we can update, blah blah- oh and I have this-"
Fuck did I set myself up.
Because they said YES. To everything.
Where to next?
